Job Summary

Position: Female Counsellor (Aatrupaduthunar)

Recruiting Body: District Child Protection Unit, Department of Children Welfare and Special Services, Salem, Tamil Nadu

Salary: Honorarium of Rs. 1,000/- per day (including transportation cost), for 9 days per month, throughout the year. The post is entirely temporary.

3 posts, temporary, on honorarium basis — 1 post at the Government Observation Home, Salem, and 2 posts at the Salem Ayanthirumalai Annai Sathya Ammaiyar Memorial Government Children’s Home. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at the discretion of the District Child Protection Unit head / District Collector.

Eligibility

Master’s degree in Psychology and Counselling. Only female applicants may apply for this post.
