Vacancies

1 post of Junior Research Fellow, to work on the ANRF-funded project “Deciphering the mechanism… Therapeutic Insights into HPV-Associated Cancers” (ANRF/ARG/2025/004015/LS), under the supervision of Prof. Alo Nag, Department of Biochemistry, University of Delhi South Campus. The project has been sanctioned until 2029. The notification states that the post is purely temporary, subject to satisfactory performance, and will terminate automatically without notice or compensation on termination of the research scheme.

Eligibility

Essential: an M.Sc. or M.Tech. degree in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related subject in the biological sciences, with first class (60% and above) marks in all degree examinations. Desirable: good research experience in mammalian cell culture, cell biology, molecular biology and biochemical techniques. Research experience demonstrated through publications, project experience or relevant technical expertise will be preferred, as will qualification in national level examinations such as NET or GATE. The notification states that merely fulfilling the essential qualification and experience does not guarantee selection.
