Vacancies

1 post of Manager – Media and PR. The engagement is full time and on-site at Thiruvananthapuram, on a contract basis with annual renewal based on performance.

Eligibility

Educational qualification: Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism; additional academic qualifications are welcome. Languages: Malayalam and English are essential, Hindi is desirable. Experience: more than 10 years in Malayalam television news, with print or desk experience an advantage. The notification also asks for a track record of breaking exclusive stories on political, legal and high-profile investigative beats, experience working across multiple bureaus, and senior editorial experience at Chief Reporter, Special Correspondent or Principal Correspondent level. Strong desk skills covering prime-time bulletin production and coordination with production crews are sought, and experience running a single-person bureau independently is described as a distinct advantage.
