Vacancies

10 posts in total: Execution Clerk 2 posts, Evidence Writer 4 posts and Process Writer 4 posts. All three fall within the Assistant Grade-03 cadre and carry the same pay and the same educational requirement, so the three designations differ in duty rather than in eligibility. The notification states that the number of posts is variable. Recruitment and any appointment made are subject to the final order in S.L.P. (C) No. 19668/2022 pending before the Supreme Court in New Delhi. Eligibility

The same educational qualification applies to all three posts: a pass in the graduate examination from a recognised university, a one-year diploma in computers from a recognised institution, and knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer. Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi or the local dialect is expected. The candidate’s registration at an Employment Exchange must be live, though serving government employees are exempt from that requirement. Self-attested copies of certificates covering educational qualification, caste, domicile and Employment Exchange registration must be attached to the application. It is the applicant’s own responsibility to ensure they meet every prescribed condition as on the date of the advertisement.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is 35 years. Original residents of Chhattisgarh belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class (non-creamy-layer) and women receive the age relaxations issued by the State Government.
