37 posts in total, distributed across three cadres: Stenographer Grade-3 (Hindi) 12 posts, Assistant Grade-3 cadre 24 posts and Driver 1 post. Eligibility

Stenographer Grade-3 (Hindi): a graduate degree from a recognised university, a pass in the Hindi shorthand examination from a recognised shorthand and typewriting board, and knowledge of Hindi typing on computer. Assistant Grade-3: a graduate degree from a recognised university, a one-year computer diploma from a recognised board or university, and knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer. Driver: the driving licence and related requirements set out against that post in the notification. Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi or the local dialect is expected. If one candidate applies for more than one post, the notification sets out how that is handled, so read the relevant clause before submitting more than one application.

Age Limit

The applicant must be an Indian citizen and must have completed 18 years of age as on the reference date fixed in the notification. For original residents of Chhattisgarh the upper age limit is 40 years. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class and women receive the relaxations issued by the State Government from time to time.
