6 posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist in the Judgeship of Keonjhar, distributed as Un-reserved 02, Scheduled Caste 01 and Scheduled Tribe 03, including one post reserved for women in each of two categories. Eligibility

Candidates must hold the educational qualification prescribed for the post under the Odisha District and Civil Courts’ Judicial Staff Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008 as amended, and must attach self-attested copies of certificates from the Board, Council or University in support. Reservation applies for women and for persons with disabilities as provided in the notification. Any appointment made is subject to the result of W.P.(C) No. 1273/2014 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack. The authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time without prior notice.

Age Limit

The candidate must be over 18 years and below 42 years of age as on 7 August 2026, the last date fixed for receipt of applications. The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories of candidates as provided in the applicable rules.
