Vacancies

1 post of Business Manager under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana – RAFTAAR Agriculture Business Incubator (R-ABI) at ICAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai. The appointment is purely temporary and contractual, co-terminus with the project, for a period up to 30 September 2026 or until the termination or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility

Essential qualification: M.Tech, MBA, CA, PGDM or an equivalent master’s degree in Agriculture, Agri Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Agri Marketing, Agri Economics, Economics, International Business, Technology Commercialization or Entrepreneurship, from a recognised institute, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Preference is given to candidates with experience in technology commercialization, investment banking, banking, project appraisal, support incubators, and the assessment and evaluation of projects and startups, along with experience in the startup ecosystem. If the selected candidate wishes to leave during the contract, one month’s notice or one month’s emoluments in lieu is required, subject to project guidelines. Candidates must submit a declaration in the proforma appended to the notification.

Age Limit

25 to 50 years, with relaxation as per rules for reserved candidates – 5 years for SC and ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for candidates with physical disabilities, as per Government of India rules.
