Location: Jal Shakti Division Mandi, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh

Salary: Para Pump Operator: Rs. 7,100/- per month (honorarium). Para Fitter: Rs. 7,100/- per month (honorarium). Multi Purpose Worker: Rs. 6,000/- per month (honorarium). Engagement is part-time, 6 working hours per day, on honorarium basis as per Para Worker policy.

Vacancies

10 posts total, part-time, on honorarium basis — Para Pump Operator: 4 (UR-3, SC-1); Para Fitter: 2 (UR-2); Multi Purpose Worker: 4 (UR-2, SC-1, OBC-1). The number of posts can be increased or decreased.

Eligibility

Para Pump Operator: Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic trade from a recognized ITI, OR Matriculation with a certificate in the above trades under the Government’s Skill Development Scheme. Para Fitter: Matriculation with a certificate in Fitter/Plumber trade from a recognized ITI/Institute, OR Matriculation with a certificate under the Skill Development Scheme. Multi Purpose Worker: Middle (8th) pass or equivalent, recognized by the State or Central Government. Experience certificates are considered only if from JSV/HPPWD/CPPWD/PSUs or an outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag for these posts.

Age Limit

18 to 45 years for all three posts.

Mandi, H.P., by 5:00 PM on the last date, clearly mentioning the post applied for on the envelope. Applications received after the due date or found incomplete will be rejected without any communication. Initial eligibility is decided on marks obtained, relevant work experience and category; BPL marks apply only to Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter posts. Separate communication for the skill/physical test will be made through newspaper publicity — no TA/DA is payable for attending it.
